The foundations of Knightec were laid in 2002. The idea was to build a consultancy company that was quite simply better than the rest, with a stronger culture and more long-term quality awareness. Knightec was to focus on what others had as a sideline: pure engineering. We have realised that vision and we are continuing to develop.

Working at Knightec are around 250 real engineers, creating new solutions and increasing profitability for our customers. This means that we can work on what is our passion: solving problems and seeing business opportunities. We solve problems using our high levels of technical competence and our ability to see the potential in every transaction – and we develop this every day. 

Our business concept is to increase the competitiveness of customers and employees in the company’s areas of activity. When we develop we do a better job, which means we make our customers better. It might sound like a simple equation, but it’s difficult to complete. 

Training is one step along the way, but it’s also important to find exciting challenges in everyday work. Setting our sights and leaving the comfort zone. Every day.
