Dare to be the best It might sound a bit corny, but it’s not about having an inflated ego. It’s about never being satisfied, not until the job is really, really good. It’s about believing in yourself and standing up for your opinions, not for the prestige, but so that you always deliver the best solutions. It’s about finding an outlet for your commitment and your passion. To do this, you must dare to act and dare to be the best.
Exceed expectations Satisfied customers are good. Ecstatic customers are better. The customer’s desires are important, but sometimes we must allow ourselves to poke our nose in, so that we can do the best possible job. By leaving the comfort zone, asking the right questions and always giving that little bit extra, we can exceed expectations, both the customer’s and our own.
Show consideration Showing consideration sounds like stating the obvious, but it’s always worth bearing in mind. If you feel recognised and appreciated, you feel better, and when you feel better you perform better. If we treat others as we ourselves want to be treated, everything’s much more pleasant and we can develop even more, together, both individuals and company.
