We expect you to get involved and take part in both your own and in our company’s development. Knightec is based on involvement and development. If our employees develop, so does Knightec.

At least once a year we hold personal appraisal discussions with a view to developing you, your immediate manager and the company. Also covered during the appraisal discussion are the criteria that offer support as we set salary levels – achievement of objectives, commercial acumen, social skills and professional competence. These criteria are taken from our business plan and aim to strengthen Knightec’s competitiveness.

At Knightec there is an opportunity to develop yourself to become and act as a mentor, both internally and externally. If you are in need of a mentor, there is the opportunity to be a mentee for a period of one year with a mentor from Knightec or from outside our ranks.

To make sure that Knightec is the challenging, developmental, enjoyable employer we strive to be, once a year we conduct an analysis of the climate at work. We are humble and proud of the ratings we achieve as an employer. In 2009 the overall rating of Knightec as an employer was 5.21 out of 6.0. Despite these excellent figures, we’re working hard to further develop Knightec.
