New at Knightec If you’re new at Knightec, to help you to become one of us and to settle into your role as a consultant, you’ll undergo a planned induction process. This will take place in your office, over two days, and includes information about the company, our areas of competence and our customers, local procedures, training in the role of the consultant and a customer-specific introduction. The local induction programme results in an individual action plan and is followed by a central induction programme.

When you’ve been with us for a few months, you’ll be invited to an induction seminar together with newcomers to Knightec from other offices. Over two days, you’ll receive additional training in your role as a consultant, commercial skills and in Knightec’s support system, and at the same time you’ll find out more about the very soul of Knightec.
