To support you in your development, we’ve developed the Knightec Academy, where we’ve brought together more than 80 courses from which you can choose subjects such as technology, leadership, sales and other valuable training courses. It is our aim that all of our consultants will complete the first part of our Business College and become a qualified consultant.

During the first quarter of the year we invite four or five consultants to a preparatory strategy meeting over two days together with the management team. At this meeting we reflect on the market around us, and with reference to developments in previous years we map out the way ahead.
